Each module consists of two intense days with a limited number, in close contact with the speakers, to assimilate all the experience, advice and secrets of three experienced professionals at your disposal: DR. MATTEO REVERDITO, DR ELIANA ALEMANNO, DR SIMONETTA MEULI, who have been treating children with clear aligners since even before the aligners dedicated to Phase 1 came on the market and have solved hundreds and hundreds of growing cases over the years, all meticulously documented.
You will also have their team at your disposal support, to explore administrative, management, marketing, clinical assistance and remote monitoring and artificial intelligence management issues without weighing down your working day. They will explain how to lighten your days and avoid urgencies and overlapping appointments on your agenda, while increasing treatment control and the quality perceived by patients.
After each Module you will also have the possibility to be followed for four months by the speakers to make sure you get the most out of the course, to put what you have learned into practice correctly e achieve the same clinical results as the speakers seen during presentations. This means that with the cycle of three modules you will have the opportunity to ask for advice and share cases or doubts with the speakers and other expert students for a whole year.
I don't want to delude you, it's not an easy growth, it's certainly not magic and there is no secret recipe or protocol that will make you grow effortlessly. You have to work hard and invest time and money, but the result is in front of you, just decide to get involved and start climbing. It cost us so much effort to learn all this: years of clinical courses of the most expert orthodontists on the technique around the world and years of extra-clinical courses in communication, management, leadership and marketing, with investments of tens of thousands of euros in training every year.
Over the years we have mixed all these notions and created a career path that has allowed us to increase the clinical quality of our treatments, the perceived quality from our patients with the consequent spontaneous word of mouth, the quality of life ours and our collaborators in a working environment that finally pleases us and our team.
We started applying this method in 2015 and by 2021 we had quadrupled turnover which already seemed satisfactory to us and above all it seemed to us that it had reached a maximum plateau for years because the 100% of our time was occupying us. But apparently we were wrong. Just as we were wrong when we were frightened by the costs of some training courses, which in the end made us hundreds of times their cost in the following years. The only regret in the end was: “Why didn't we make them sooner?”
Our method requires not only a solid knowledge of orthodontics, diagnosis and growth forecasting, biomechanics, aligner technique and its specific protocols for children and teenagers, but also digital workflow protocols, monitoring automatisms remote with artificial intelligence and the main touch points of the Patient Journey with its communication processes. Indeed the secret of the success of our "Integrated Digital Orthodontics" lies in the skilful union of all these aspects: this is why our Aligners Academy is called 360 and this is what we want to share and pass on, course after course. Since 2023, an important study has been added to these topics dysfunctional swallowing, often present in the etiopathogenesis of many malocclusions, and on the new techniques to correct it without the effort of the past, even in conjunction with aligners.
All these are the very important topics that are covered in the modules Advanced 1 and 2, illustrating the pillars of our entire orthodontic world. During these first two modules all the fundamental principles and protocols are forged to transform a "series of masks" that almost everyone uses into a "successful technique" with children and adolescents and to transform one's study or consultancy into a machine that produces great predictable results and, why not, great profits. From 2023 the Advanced part 2 module is accessible only by those who have followed part 1 and the Top level Mastermind it will be accessible only by those who have attended the Advanced modules, even in previous editions.

Checklist to develop, review and approve a realistic and predictable 3D design. Tips and tricks to avoid the unexpected. Active restraint techniques between Phase 1 and Phase 2.
All the extra-clinical bases: Deeply understand the invaluable added value of emotional intelligence in the patient journey, digital workflow and artificial intelligence in remote monitoring. Management and motivation of children and parents, protocols, processes and tips&tricks for accepting the estimate and maintaining collaboration throughout the treatment. Clinical insights: advanced diagnosis in growing patients, more complex malocclusions, eruption anomalies, traction vectors elements included, child psychology, difficulties encountered and mistakes made.
Extra-clinical insights: advanced and automated digital workflow and more effective marketing.
Brain-storming: ample space for discussion between the speakers and expert participants on problems still unanswered: sharing of experience and errors of the tutors and the trainees themselves on clinical cases or extra-clinical processes and search for related solutions.
Practice: chosen by the trainees, on three main topics: effective CC review, optimization and customization of the Workflow and Patient Journey in the office, execution of complex clinical procedures.
Awarding: there Mastermind Cup it is assigned at the end of the two days of discussion to the student who has stimulated the greatest interest and discussion by presenting their case, based on the vote of the students themselves.

The goal of this advanced course is to address the major challenges experienced practitioners still encounter in using the clear aligner technique with growing patients.
The innovative format of the course provides for the sharing of the problems encountered by the speakers and by the individual students.
