I don't want to delude you, it's not an easy growth, it's certainly not magic and there is no secret recipe or protocol that will make you grow effortlessly. You have to work hard and invest time and money, but the result is in front of you, just decide to get involved and start climbing. It cost us so much effort to learn all this: years of clinical courses of the most expert orthodontists on the technique around the world and years of extra-clinical courses in communication, management, leadership and marketing, with investments of tens of thousands of euros in training every year.

Over the years we have mixed all these notions and created a career path that has allowed us to increase the clinical quality of our treatments, the perceived quality from our patients with the consequent spontaneous word of mouth, the quality of life ours and our collaborators in a working environment that finally pleases us and our team.

We started applying this method in 2015 and by 2021 we had quadrupled turnover which already seemed satisfactory to us and above all it seemed to us that it had reached a maximum plateau for years because the 100% of our time was occupying us. But apparently we were wrong. Just as we were wrong when we were frightened by the costs of some training courses, which in the end made us hundreds of times their cost in the following years. The only regret in the end was: “Why didn't we make them sooner?”

Our method requires not only a solid knowledge of orthodontics, diagnosis and growth forecasting, biomechanics, aligner technique and its specific protocols for children and teenagers, but also digital workflow protocols, monitoring automatisms remote with artificial intelligence and the main touch points of the Patient Journey with its communication processes. Indeed the secret of the success of our "Integrated Digital Orthodontics" lies in the skilful union of all these aspects: this is why our Aligners Academy is called 360 and this is what we want to share and pass on, course after course. Brain-storming: ample space for discussion between the speakers and expert participants on problems still unanswered: sharing of experience and errors of the tutors and the trainees themselves on clinical cases or extra-clinical processes and search for related solutions.

Practice: chosen by the trainees, on three main topics: effective CC review, optimization and customization of the Workflow and Patient Journey in the office, execution of complex clinical procedures.
